Ingredients : 2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
1/2 onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
12 oz fettuccine pasta
2 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper to taste
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions
Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through (about 6–7 mins per side). Slice the chicken.
In the same skillet, melt butter. Add mushrooms, onions, and garlic, sautéing until soft (5 mins).
Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
Toss the pasta into the skillet, then add sliced chicken and stir to combine.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
