🍗 2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)

🍄 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)

🧅 1/2 onion (chopped)

🧄 2 cloves garlic (minced)

🍝 12 oz fettuccine pasta

🧈 2 tbsp butter

🧂 Salt & pepper to taste

🧀 1 cup heavy cream

🧀 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

🌿 Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)


Instructions

🍝 Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

🍗 Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through (about 6–7 mins per side). Slice the chicken.

🧄 In the same skillet, melt butter. Add mushrooms, onions, and garlic, sautéing until soft (5 mins).

🧂 Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.

🍝 Toss the pasta into the skillet, then add sliced chicken and stir to combine.

🌿 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot!
