Ingredients

• 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
• 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
• ½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
• 2 tbsp ranch dressing (plus extra for dipping)
• 1 green onion, finely chopped (optional)
• 4 large flour tortillas (or low-carb wraps)
• Optional: lettuce, tomato, or spinach for freshness


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken, bacon, cheese, ranch dressing, and green onion until well combined.
  2. Lay out tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a thin layer of extra ranch down the center if desired.
  3. Divide filling evenly among tortillas, placing it in a line across the middle.
  4. Tightly roll up from the bottom, tucking in the sides as you go.
  5. Slice in half diagonally for easy serving (optional).
  6. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for packed lunches.
