Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders

  • Author: WAFA LI

Ingredients

• 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls (or slider buns)
• 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or sliced (rotisserie works great!)
• 12 slices cooked bacon
• 1½ cups shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese
• ¾ cup ranch dressing (plus extra for serving)
• Optional add-ons:
– Sliced red onion
– Baby spinach or lettuce
– Sliced tomato
– Pickles
For the buttery topping (optional but recommended):
• ¼ cup (½ stick) unsalted butter, melted
• 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix (or ½ tsp garlic powder + ½ tsp dried parsley)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice rolls in half horizontally (keep them connected if using a pull-apart loaf).
  3. Layer bottom half: Spread with ranch dressing. Top with chicken, bacon, cheese, and any optional add-ons.
  4. Place top half of rolls over filling.
  5. Optional topping: Mix melted butter with ranch seasoning; brush generously over roll tops.
  6. Wrap entire tray in foil. Bake 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and rolls are warm.
  7. Unwrap and bake 2–3 more minutes to crisp tops (if desired).
  8. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm with extra ranch on the side!
