Ingredients

• 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed (or refrigerated pizza dough)
• 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
• ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or Italian blend)
• ⅓ cup ranch dressing (plus extra for dipping)
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 green onion, sliced (optional)
• 1 egg (for egg wash – optional)
• Garlic powder & black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry into a 10×12-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix chicken, bacon, mozzarella, Parmesan, ranch dressing, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Spread mixture evenly over the bottom half of the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  5. Fold the top half over the filling. Crimp edges with a fork to seal tightly.
  6. Cut 2–3 small slits on top to vent steam.
  7. Optional: Beat egg and brush over the top for a golden, shiny crust.
  8. Bake 25–30 minutes, until puffed and deep golden brown.
  9. Let cool 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with extra ranch on the side for dipping!
