Ingredients

• 1 lb penne pasta
• 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
• 4 cups fresh spinach
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• Salt and pepper to taste
• ¼ cup breadcrumbs for topping


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F
Cook pasta according to package directions
Sauté garlic in butter until fragrant
Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute
Gradually add heavy cream, simmer until thick
Stir in Parmesan cheese and seasoning
Mix cooked pasta, chicken, and spinach
Toss with Alfredo sauce
Transfer to baking dish
Top with mozzarella and breadcrumbs
Bake 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly
