Ingredients

• 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or grilled)
• ⅓ cup buffalo sauce (e.g., Frank’s RedHot + 1 tbsp melted butter for authenticity)
• 1 tbsp honey (or sugar-free maple syrup for keto — balances heat)
• 4 brioche or potato buns, split & lightly toasted
• ½ cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese for classic vibes)
• ½ cup finely chopped celery
• 2 green onions, sliced
• Optional: shredded carrots, pickled jalapeños, or lettuce


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken, buffalo sauce, and honey until fully coated.
  2. Toast buns in a skillet or under the broiler 1–2 mins—golden and crisp.
  3. Spread 1–2 tbsp ranch on both halves of each bun.
  4. Pile high with buffalo chicken. Top with celery, green onions, and extras (if using).
  5. Cap with top bun. Serve immediately with extra ranch for dipping—and plenty of napkins!
