Ingredients

🥬 1/2 head green cabbage (chopped)

🥕 2 carrots (sliced)

🧅 1 onion (chopped)

Instructions

🧅 Sauté onion, garlic, and carrots in a large pot for 5 mins.

🥬 Add chopped cabbage and cook 5 more mins.

🍅 Pour in tomatoes and broth.

🌿 Add seasonings and bring to a boil.

🔥 Reduce heat, simmer 25–30 mins until veggies are tender.
