Ingredients
4 cups finely shredded green cabbage
1 cup finely shredded carrots
2 tbsp minced onion
¾ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, and minced onion.
In a separate bowl, whisk together mayo, vinegar, maple syrup (or honey), salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over the cabbage mix and toss until evenly coated.
