Ingredients
• 1 lb green beans, trimmed • 1 lb small potatoes, halved • 6 slices bacon, chopped • 2 tbsp butter • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning • 1 tsp garlic powder • ½ tsp onion powder • Salt and pepper to taste • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook bacon in large skillet until crispy
- Remove bacon, drain on paper towels
- Reserve 2 tbsp bacon drippings in skillet
- Add butter to drippings
- Add green beans and potatoes
- Sprinkle with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Cook 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add 2-3 tbsp water, cover and steam 10 minutes
- Stir in cooked bacon
- Cook uncovered 5 minutes until tender
- Garnish with fresh parsley
