Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
1 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and half of the cheddar cheese. Mix well.
3. In a greased baking dish, spread the tater tots evenly on the bottom.
4. Pour the chicken mixture over the tater tots, spreading it out evenly.
5. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
