Cream Cheese & Bacon Stuffed Doritos

Ingredients

• 1 package (9.75 oz) Nacho Cheese Doritos (or any sturdy flavored chip)
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened (or dairy-free alternative)
• 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
• ¼ cup shredded cheddar or pepper jack cheese
• 1 green onion, finely chopped
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ¼ tsp smoked paprika
• Optional: dash of hot sauce or jalapeño bits for heat


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in crumbled bacon, cheddar, green onion, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and hot sauce (if using).
  3. Carefully spread or pipe a small amount of filling onto the flat side of half the Doritos.
  4. Top with another Dorito to make a “sandwich.” Press gently to adhere.
  5. Chill 15–20 minutes to set (optional, helps filling stay put).
  6. Serve cold or at room temperature as fun, crunchy appetizers!
