 2 cups blanched almond flour (240g)
 1 tablespoon baking powder (12g)
 1 teaspoon onion powder (3g)
 1 teaspoon garlic powder (3g)
 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (1g)
 3 large eggs, divided
 3 cups low-fat, part-skim shredded mozzarella (340g)
 5 tablespoons cream cheese (75g)
 ¼ cup Everything Bagel Seasoning (30g)
 6 ounces cream cheese, cold (170g)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet.
2. Mix almond flour, baking powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
3. Whisk one egg for egg wash; add remaining eggs to the dough.
4. Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese for 2.5 minutes, stirring until smooth.
5. Combine cheese mixture with egg and dry ingredients; mix well.
6. Form 24 balls, create pockets, and fill with cream cheese.
7. Brush with egg wash, roll in bagel seasoning, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
