Creamy Cajun Steak Alfredo: A Bold, Spicy, and Luxurious One-Pan Pasta

Ingredients

• 1 lb fettuccine pasta • 1½ lbs ribeye steak, sliced thin • 1 cup heavy cream • ½ cup butter • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning • 3 cloves garlic, minced • 1 tbsp olive oil • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped • 1 tsp lemon juice • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions
  2. Season steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper
  3. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
  4. Sear steak 3-4 minutes per side until cooked
  5. Remove steak and set aside
  6. In same skillet, melt butter
  7. Add garlic and cook 1 minute
  8. Pour in heavy cream and bring to simmer
  9. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted
  10. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper
  11. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat
  12. Return steak to skillet
  13. Toss everything together
  14. Garnish with fresh parsley
  15. Serve immediately
