Ingredients
• 1 lb fettuccine pasta • 1½ lbs ribeye steak, sliced thin • 1 cup heavy cream • ½ cup butter • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning • 3 cloves garlic, minced • 1 tbsp olive oil • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped • 1 tsp lemon juice • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions
- Season steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper
- Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
- Sear steak 3-4 minutes per side until cooked
- Remove steak and set aside
- In same skillet, melt butter
- Add garlic and cook 1 minute
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to simmer
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted
- Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat
- Return steak to skillet
- Toss everything together
- Garnish with fresh parsley
- Serve immediately
