Description
Tender chicken, cheesy sauce, and spaghetti all slow-cooked to perfection.
Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 can (10 oz) Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)
8 oz cream cheese, cubed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt & pepper to taste
8 oz spaghetti noodles, cooked & drained
Instructions
Add chicken, cream of chicken soup, Rotel, cream cheese, cheddar, and seasonings to your crockpot.
Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
Shred the chicken with two forks and stir everything together until creamy.
Add cooked spaghetti noodles and mix well.
Let it sit for 5–10 minutes to soak up the sauce. Serve warm!
