Juicy chicken cooked in a rich, creamy garlic butter sauce—pure comfort in every bite!
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp coconut oil or olive oil
3 tbsp butter
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream or full-fat coconut milk
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Lower heat, add butter and garlic, cook 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in broth, cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Simmer until thickened, about 5–7 minutes.
Return chicken to pan and spoon sauce over top. Simmer 2–3 minutes more.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
