Smooth, spiced, and melt-in-your-mouth—fall flavor in every bite!
Ingredients
2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
½ cup pumpkin purée
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground nutmeg
¼ tsp ground ginger
Pinch of salt
Optional: ¼ cup chopped pecans for topping
Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine white chocolate chips and condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
Add pumpkin purée, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Mix until fully blended.
Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth the top.
Sprinkle chopped pecans on top, if using.
Chill in the fridge for 3–4 hours, or until firm.
Cut into squares and serve. Store leftovers in the fridge.
