Ingredients
12 oz rotini pasta, cooked and cooled
1 lb ground beef, cooked with taco seasoning
¾ cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
½ cup diced red bell pepper
¼ cup sliced black olives
¼ cup crushed tortilla chips (for topping)
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, taco-seasoned ground beef, and ranch dressing.
Gently fold in cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes, black beans, bell pepper, and olives.
Mix until everything is evenly coated and well combined.
Top with crushed tortilla chips and fresh chopped cilantro.
Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving for best flavor and texture.
