Ingredients
• 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese • 3 tbsp olive oil • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp paprika • ½ tsp salt • ¼ tsp black pepper • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil
- Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
- Spread in single layer on baking sheet
- Roast 20 minutes, stirring halfway
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs
- Roast 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy
- Garnish with fresh parsley
- Serve hot
