Ingredients

• 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese • 3 tbsp olive oil • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp paprika • ½ tsp salt • ¼ tsp black pepper • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil
  3. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
  4. Spread in single layer on baking sheet
  5. Roast 20 minutes, stirring halfway
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs
  7. Roast 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy
