Crock Pot Cubed Steak: A Low-Carb, Keto-Friendly Comfort Dish

Ingredients

Ingredients :

🥩 4 cubed steaks

🧅 1 onion (sliced)

🍄 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

🍲 1 packet brown gravy mix

💧 1/2 cup water or beef broth

🧄 1 tsp garlic powder

🧂 Salt & pepper to taste

Optional Add-ins:

🍄 Extra mushrooms

🌿 A pinch of thyme or parsley


Instructions

🧅 Place sliced onions in the bottom of the crock pot.

🥩 Layer cubed steaks on top.

🥣 In a bowl, mix mushroom soup, gravy mix, water, and seasonings.

🍄 Pour mixture over steaks.

🔌 Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.

🍽️ Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
