2 lbs potatoes (cubed) 🥔

1 onion (sliced) 🧅

1 bell pepper (sliced) 🫑

2 cloves garlic (minced) 🧄

1 tsp paprika 🌶️

Salt & pepper to taste 🧂

1/2 cup chicken broth 🍗


Instructions

Add potatoes, sausage, onion, and pepper to crock pot 🥣

Sprinkle garlic, paprika, salt & pepper over the top 🌿

Pour in chicken broth 🍗

Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours ⏲️

Stir gently and serve hot 😋
