1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
1/2 cup chopped onions 🧅
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers 🫑

1/2 cup milk 🥛
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂

Instructions

Spray crockpot with nonstick spray 🧈
Layer half the tater tots, sausage, cheese, onions, and peppers 🥄
Repeat with remaining ingredients 🔁
In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt & pepper, then pour over layers 🥚
Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours 🔥
