Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 cup diced onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: bell pepper, corn, or jalapeño for extra flavor


Instructions

Add all ingredients to the crockpot and stir well to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
Stir occasionally if possible. Adjust seasoning before serving.
Serve hot topped with shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, cilantro, or green onions.
