Easter Deviled Eggs: A Low-Carb, Festive Twist on a Classic Appetizer

Ingredients

🥚 8 large eggs
🥄 ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
🥒 1 tablespoon pickle juice
🌿 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
🧂 ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
🥕 1 carrot, sliced into small triangles
🌑 black sesame seeds (for eyes)


Instructions

1. Boil eggs for 10 minutes, then cool in ice water.
2. Peel eggs and slice in half, removing yolks.
3. Mix yolks with yogurt, pickle juice, mustard, and salt.
4. Pipe filling into egg whites, topping with carrot beaks and sesame eyes.
5. Chill until ready to serve.
