Easter Deviled Eggs Recipe: A Festive Twist on a Classic Appetizer

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:
🥚 12 large eggs
🥄 ¼ cup creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip)
🌿 ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
🧂 Salt and ground black pepper to taste
🌶️ Hot sauce to taste
🎨 4 drops red food coloring
🎨 4 drops blue food coloring
🎨 4 drops green food coloring
💧 3 cups water, divided


Instructions

1. Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with cold water, and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes, then turn off heat and let sit for 20 minutes. Drain and cool in cold water.
2. Peel eggs and cut in half lengthwise, removing yolks. Mash yolks with salad dressing, mustard, salt, pepper, and hot sauce until smooth.
3. In three bowls, mix food coloring with 1 cup water each. Soak egg whites in each bowl to tint. Drain on paper towels.
4. Fill colored egg whites with yolk mixture, cover, and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
