Description
A hearty, one-dish meal that’s loaded with seasoned beef, rice, cheese, and tomato flavor!
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
1 can (10.5 oz) condensed tomato soup (or tomato sauce + ½ cup broth)
1 can (6 oz) evaporated milk (or regular milk)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: ½ tsp chili powder or Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook beef and onion in a skillet until browned. Drain fat.
Stir in rice, tomato soup, milk, garlic, salt, pepper, and chili powder (if using).
Transfer mixture to a greased 8×8-inch or similar baking dish. Top with cheese.
Bake for 30–35 mins until bubbly and golden on top. Let cool slightly before serving.
