Ingredients
– 1 lb ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces 🥩
– 1 baguette, sliced into 1-inch thick slices 🍞
– 4 tablespoons butter, softened 🧈
– 2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
– 1/2 cup sour cream 🥄
– 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish 🌶️
– 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 🥄
– 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 🌿
– 1 tablespoon olive oil 🫒
– Salt and pepper to taste 🧂
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) 🌿
Instructions
Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix the softened butter with minced garlic, then spread this garlic butter evenly over each slice of the baguette. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and bake them for 8-10 minutes until they are golden and crispy. Once done, set aside.
Next, prepare the horseradish cream by whisking together sour cream, prepared horseradish, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper as desired and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the ribeye steak bites with salt and pepper, then cook them in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they reach your preferred doneness. Remove from heat.
To put everything together, place a few steak bites atop each garlic bread slice. Drizzle with the horseradish cream and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately and savor the flavors!
