Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi Lasagna: A Seafood Lover’s Dream Dinner

Ingredients

• 12 lasagna noodles, cooked • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined • 1 cup heavy cream • ½ cup butter • 6 cloves garlic, minced • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded • 2 tbsp olive oil • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped • 1 tsp lemon juice • ½ tsp red pepper flakes • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat
  3. Sauté shrimp until pink, 2-3 minutes per side
  4. Remove shrimp and set aside
  5. In same skillet, melt butter
  6. Add garlic and cook until fragrant
  7. Pour in heavy cream and simmer
  8. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted
  9. Add lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper
  10. Layer lasagna: sauce, noodles, shrimp, mozzarella
  11. Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top
  12. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes
  13. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes more
  14. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving
