Ingredients
• 12 lasagna noodles, cooked • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined • 1 cup heavy cream • ½ cup butter • 6 cloves garlic, minced • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded • 2 tbsp olive oil • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped • 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped • 1 tsp lemon juice • ½ tsp red pepper flakes • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat
- Sauté shrimp until pink, 2-3 minutes per side
- Remove shrimp and set aside
- In same skillet, melt butter
- Add garlic and cook until fragrant
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted
- Add lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper
- Layer lasagna: sauce, noodles, shrimp, mozzarella
- Repeat layers, ending with cheese on top
- Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes
- Remove foil and bake 10 minutes more
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving
