Creamy, cheesy, and baked to golden perfection with comforting garlic flavor!
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
8 oz pasta (penne or rotini), cooked
2 tbsp olive oil or butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp flour
1½ cups milk of choice
½ cup plain Greek yogurt or light cream cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic for 1–2 minutes.
Whisk in flour, then slowly add milk and cook until thickened.
Stir in yogurt, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Combine cooked pasta, chicken, and sauce in a large bowl.
Transfer to baking dish, sprinkle with mozzarella.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm!
