Ingredients
2 boneless chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
8 oz pasta (penne or elbow macaroni)
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup milk
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: 1/2 tsp dried parsley or fresh herbs
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook pasta and set aside.
In a pan, melt butter. Add flour to make a roux, then slowly whisk in milk to create a sauce.
Stir in garlic, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and herbs. Add shredded chicken and pasta. Mix well.
Pour into a baking dish and bake for 20–25 mins until bubbly and golden on top.
