Ingredients
4 medium russet potatoes, cut into wedges
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Arrange wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet, skin side down.
Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese.
Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through if desired.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot with your favorite dip!
