Ingredients

đŸ„–Â 1 batch Crazy Keto Dough
đŸ„šÂ Egg wash (optional)
đŸ„«Â Dijon mustard to taste
🍖 Ham
🧀 Mozzarella cheese or cheese of choice


Instructions

1. Prepare the Crazy Keto Dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C and line a baking tray.
3. Divide dough into six 1 1/4” balls and roll out.
4. Spread mustard on dough, layer with cheese and ham, then seal.
5. Brush with egg wash if desired, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
