1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tbsp butter (melted)
Salt (for sprinkling)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit into a small circle.
Place about 2 tbsp of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.
Fold the edges of the biscuit dough over the cheese and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
Place the dough balls in the baking dish, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and cheese is oozing out.
Serve warm and enjoy the gooey, cheesy goodness!
