Ingredients
Ingredients : 1 lb ground beef
1 onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 head of cabbage (shredded)
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (drained)
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
Optional: jalapeños, sour cream, salsa, or avocado for topping
Instructions
Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Add onion and garlic, sautéing until soft (about 3 mins).
Stir in shredded cabbage and cook for 5–7 mins until softened.
Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes, and cook for another 5 mins. Season with salt and pepper.
Sprinkle cheese over the mixture, cover, and let it melt for 2–3 mins.
Top with optional toppings and serve!
