🥩 1 lb ground beef

🧅 1 onion (chopped)

🧄 2 cloves garlic (minced)

🥬 1/2 head of cabbage (shredded)

🌶️ 1 packet taco seasoning

🍅 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (drained)

🧂 Salt & pepper to taste

🧀 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

🌶️ Optional: jalapeños, sour cream, salsa, or avocado for topping


Instructions

🍳 Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.

🧅 Add onion and garlic, sautéing until soft (about 3 mins).

🥬 Stir in shredded cabbage and cook for 5–7 mins until softened.

🍅 Add taco seasoning and diced tomatoes, and cook for another 5 mins. Season with salt and pepper.

🧀 Sprinkle cheese over the mixture, cover, and let it melt for 2–3 mins.

🌶️ Top with optional toppings and serve!
