Ingredients
• 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls (pull-apart pack, bottom and top separated)
• 12 thin slices Black Forest ham
• 12 thin slices Swiss or Gruyère cheese
• 3 tbsp butter, melted
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp honey (or sugar-free syrup for keto)
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• Optional: ½ tsp poppy seeds, 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place bottom halves of rolls in a greased 9×13″ baking dish. Layer each with 1 slice ham and 1 slice cheese. Top with roll tops.
- In a small bowl, whisk melted butter, Dijon, honey, and Worcestershire (and poppy seeds, if using).
- Pour glaze evenly over rolls—use a brush to coat sides.
- Cover dish with foil. Bake 15 mins. Uncover; bake 8–10 mins more until golden and cheese is melty.
- Let rest 5 mins. Pull apart and serve warm—napkins recommended!
