Ingredients

Ingredients :

🥩 1 lb ground beef or chicken (or any protein you prefer)

🥔 4 small potatoes (sliced thin)

🧅 1 onion (sliced)

🧄 2 cloves garlic (minced)

🌽 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

🧂 Salt & pepper to taste

🧈 2 tbsp butter (optional)

🧂 1 tsp paprika (optional)

🌿 Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

🔥 Preheat grill to medium heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).

🥩 In a bowl, mix ground beef (or protein) with salt, pepper, and paprika. Form into patties or crumbles.

🧅 On a large sheet of aluminum foil, layer sliced potatoes, onion, garlic, corn, and the protein.

🧈 Place a small pat of butter on top, if desired. Season with salt and pepper.

🥄 Fold the edges of the foil together to seal the packet tightly.

🔥 Cook on the grill or in the oven for 20–25 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the protein is cooked through.

🌿 Garnish with fresh parsley and serve directly from the foil.
