Ingredients
Ingredients :Â 1 lb ground beef or chicken (or any protein you prefer)
 4 small potatoes (sliced thin)
 1 onion (sliced)
 2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
 Salt & pepper to taste
 2 tbsp butter (optional)
 1 tsp paprika (optional)
 Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium heat or oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, mix ground beef (or protein) with salt, pepper, and paprika. Form into patties or crumbles.
On a large sheet of aluminum foil, layer sliced potatoes, onion, garlic, corn, and the protein.
Place a small pat of butter on top, if desired. Season with salt and pepper.
Fold the edges of the foil together to seal the packet tightly.
Cook on the grill or in the oven for 20–25 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the protein is cooked through.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve directly from the foil.
