Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
2 large eggs
¼ cup milk
1 tbsp butter (optional, for richness)
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix flour and salt.
Make a well in the center and add eggs, milk, and butter.
Mix with a fork until dough starts to come together, then knead on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
Roll dough out to desired thickness and cut into strips.
Cook in boiling salted water for 2–4 minutes until tender. Serve with sauce or in soups!
