🥩 1 lb ground beef

🧅 1/2 onion (chopped)

🧄 2 cloves garlic (minced)

🍅 2 tbsp tomato paste

🥛 2 cups milk

💧 1 1/2 cups beef broth

🍝 2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)

🧂 1 tsp paprika

🧂 Salt & pepper to taste

🧀 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

🍳 In a large skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain any excess fat.

🍅 Stir in tomato paste, paprika, salt, and pepper.

💧 Pour in milk and beef broth, then add macaroni. Stir to combine.

🔥 Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.

🧀 Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
