Ingredients : 1 lb ground beef
1/2 onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups beef broth
2 cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
In a large skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in tomato paste, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Pour in milk and beef broth, then add macaroni. Stir to combine.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
Stir in shredded cheese until melted and creamy.
