Ingredients
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
½ tsp lemon zest (optional)
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp black pepper
Instructions
In a bowl, combine softened butter with garlic, herbs, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
Mix thoroughly with a spatula or fork until all ingredients are well blended.
Spoon the butter onto a sheet of parchment paper and shape into a log.
Roll and twist the ends of the parchment paper to seal.
Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Slice and use on bread, veggies, meats, or pasta!
