Description
Tender carrots glazed in a sweet and savory honey garlic butter sauce!
Ingredients
1 lb baby carrots (or regular carrots, peeled and cut into sticks)
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp fresh thyme or parsley (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Toss the carrots in the honey garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
Spread the carrots in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until carrots are tender and caramelized.
Garnish with fresh thyme or parsley, if desired, and serve!
