Ingredients
skillet • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts • 3 cloves garlic, minced • 3 tbsp honey • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp rice vinegar • 1 tsp sesame oil • 1 bell pepper, sliced • 1 cup broccoli florets • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 tsp ginger, grated • 1 tbsp cornstarch • 2 tbsp water • Sesame seeds for garnish • Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
- Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
- Sear chicken 5-6 minutes per side until golden
- Remove chicken and set aside
- In same skillet, add bell pepper and broccoli
- Sauté 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp
- Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute until fragrant
- Mix honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil
- Pour sauce over vegetables
- Mix cornstarch with water, add to skillet
- Cook 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens
- Return chicken to skillet
- Cook 2 minutes until heated through
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions
