Ingredients

skillet • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts • 3 cloves garlic, minced • 3 tbsp honey • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp rice vinegar • 1 tsp sesame oil • 1 bell pepper, sliced • 1 cup broccoli florets • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 tsp ginger, grated • 1 tbsp cornstarch • 2 tbsp water • Sesame seeds for garnish • Green onions for garnish


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
  2. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat
  3. Sear chicken 5-6 minutes per side until golden
  4. Remove chicken and set aside
  5. In same skillet, add bell pepper and broccoli
  6. Sauté 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp
  7. Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute until fragrant
  8. Mix honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil
  9. Pour sauce over vegetables
  10. Mix cornstarch with water, add to skillet
  11. Cook 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens
  12. Return chicken to skillet
  13. Cook 2 minutes until heated through
  14. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions
