Honey Garlic Shrimp, Sausage & Broccoli – Sweet, Savory, and Irresistible

Ingredients

• 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced • 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets • 4 cloves garlic, minced • 3 tbsp honey • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp rice vinegar • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 tsp ginger, minced • 2 green onions, sliced • 1 tbsp sesame seeds • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in large skillet or wok
  2. Add sausage slices and cook 5 minutes until browned
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute
  4. Add broccoli florets and cook 3-4 minutes
  5. Add shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes until pink
  6. Mix honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar
  7. Pour sauce over everything
  8. Toss to coat and cook 2 minutes
  9. Season with salt and pepper
  10. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
  11. Serve immediately over rice if desired
