Ingredients
• 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced • 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florets • 4 cloves garlic, minced • 3 tbsp honey • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp rice vinegar • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 tsp ginger, minced • 2 green onions, sliced • 1 tbsp sesame seeds • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in large skillet or wok
- Add sausage slices and cook 5 minutes until browned
- Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute
- Add broccoli florets and cook 3-4 minutes
- Add shrimp and cook 2-3 minutes until pink
- Mix honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar
- Pour sauce over everything
- Toss to coat and cook 2 minutes
- Season with salt and pepper
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
- Serve immediately over rice if desired
