Ingredients

1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

½ cup marinara or pizza sauce (plus extra for dipping)

6 slices salami

6 slices ham

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle.

Spread marinara sauce in the center, leaving edges clean.

Layer salami, ham, mozzarella, and Parmesan over the sauce. Sprinkle Italian seasoning.

Fold in the sides, then roll the dough up jelly-roll style. Pinch the seam and ends to seal.

Place seam-side down, brush with egg wash, and cut slits on top.

Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before slicing.
