Ingredients
 1 lb ground beef (450 g)
 ½ lb bacon, cooked and chopped (225 g)
 2 Tbsp sugar-free ketchup (30 ml)
 2 Tbsp yellow mustard (30 ml)
 1 Tbsp dried onion flakes (15 g)
 1 Tbsp ranch dressing mix (15 g)
 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (100 g)
 4 large eggs
 ½ cup milk or heavy cream (120 ml)
 ½ cup sour cream (120 ml)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC). Lightly spray a baking dish with cooking spray. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain fat. Mix beef, bacon, ketchup, mustard, onion flakes, and Ranch dressing. Spread in the baking dish and top with cheese. Whisk eggs, milk, and sour cream; pour over the beef mixture. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes.
