A low-carb twist on your favorite comfort food — this keto bacon cheeseburger pie layers all the classic flavors into a no-crust, high-protein baked dish that’s easy and delicious!
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
½ cup finely chopped yellow onion
2 tbsp ketchup (low sugar preferred)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (keto-friendly)
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
4 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Optional toppings: sliced green onions, extra ketchup, or mustard
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes more.
Spread meat mixture evenly in the bottom of a greased 9-inch pie dish or skillet.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Spread over the meat layer.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden around the edges.
Let cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.
