Ingredients
1 pound Pork Sausage Crumbles
1 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 batch Keto Almond Flour Biscuit Recipe
1 teaspoon Xanthan Gum
¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions
1. Bake the keto biscuits as per the recipe.
2. In a non-stick pan, brown the sausage over medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
3. Remove sausage, cover to keep warm.
4. In the same pan, add almond milk, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
5. Whisk gently, adding xanthan gum gradually to avoid lumps.
6. Simmer to thicken, then return sausage to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes.
7. Serve hot gravy over halved biscuits.
