Description

These roll ups are a delightful blend of savory sausage and creamy cheese!


Ingredients

🥚 10 eggs
🍖 1/2 lb ground sausage
🧀 10 slices mozzarella cheese
🧂 salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook sausage through and add eggs.
Stir until cooked and set aside.
Place parchment paper on the cookie sheet and top with mozzarella cheese slices.
Bake cheese for 5-6 minutes or until edges start to brown. Remove cheese from the oven and allow to cool down.
Divide sausage and eggs evenly among the slices of cheese and roll.
Optional: Lightly grease your pan with butter and cook until crunchy.
