Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 oz cooked and crumbled bacon or sausage
¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp green onions, chopped (optional)
⅛ tsp garlic powder
⅛ tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
8–10 large low-carb tortillas or lettuce wraps


Instructions

In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Stir in crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and green onions (if using).
Lay out each tortilla and spread a generous line of the breakfast mixture down the center.
Tightly roll up each tortilla like a burrito, tucking in the sides as you go.
Wrap each roll-up in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to firm up (optional but recommended).
Slice into pinwheels or enjoy whole as a handheld keto breakfast!
