Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and egg. Mix until smooth.
3. Stir in almond flour, baking powder, salt, almond milk, and melted butter. Avoid overmixing.
4. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 10β15 minutes.
5. Scoop the dough onto a greased or silicone-lined baking sheet.
6. Bake for 15β18 minutes until golden.
7. Serve warm as sandwiches with cooked sausage patties.
