Ingredients
 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese (divided)
 2 ounces cream cheese
 1 large egg
 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
 ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
 1 cup almond flour
 ½ teaspoon baking powder
 Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese and 1 ½ cups of mozzarella. Heat for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until melted.
3. In a medium bowl, mix almond flour, egg, garlic powder, baking powder, and Italian seasoning.
4. Press the dough into a rectangle about ¼ – ½ inch thick on the baking sheet (wet hands for easier handling).
5. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until browned and cooked through.
7. Slice and serve with parsley garnish.
