Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
¼ cup coconut flour
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 large eggs
¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil
¼ cup heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried parsley (optional)
½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
GARLIC BUTTER TOPPING:
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp garlic powder (or 1 clove fresh garlic, minced)
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add eggs, melted butter, cream (or almond milk), garlic powder, and parsley. Mix until thick.
Fold in mozzarella cheese and pour batter into a silicone loaf mold or line an 8×4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden and firm to touch.
While still warm, brush generously with garlic butter topping.
Slice and enjoy your soft, cheesy, garlic-flavored keto bread!
